We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. While we hope you love your new gear, we also understand that life (and shipping) happens. Here's how we handle returns and refunds at Softly Petty Co.:


ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.


Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us a clear photo of the issue and your order number to [email protected], and we’ll get the replacement process started.


Order Issues Please double-check your order details before checking out. We are not able to offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Shipping delays caused by carrier
  • Typos in the shipping address

If you realize there was a mistake in your shipping info, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to fix it before the item is processed. No guarantees, but we’ll try!


Refunds If a refund is approved (in cases of damage or error), it will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to reflect on your account.
